Our Terms & Conditions apply when accessing or purchasing from the Sanchino's Kitchen website. We strive to provide an excellent service, if you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us and we’ll be sure to make things right.

Order Refunds

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer any refunds on products. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you find a problem with any of our products or the store or the customer services or even you didn't like what we sent you, the only thing you need to do is Contacting Us and we will do what ever it takes to make things right.

Acceptance of your Order

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. Please note, this does not mean your order has been accepted. Once your order is accepted you’ll receive an email confirming your order has been despatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the despatch confirmation.

Delivery & Shipping

Standard delivery charges are based on weight and orders go out Royal Mail Second Class. We will endeavour to despatch your order within 1 working day. We do offer faster delivery options at the checkout so please choose the one that works for you. 

Due to us using external delivery services we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery outside of our control, including industrial action and subsequent disruption to the service. As such, we cannot accept liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale, but should we not be able to deliver within the timescale above, we will inform you and offer you the option of a refund.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
